In addition to teams of lawyers representing the EMA, the National Gas Company, Alutrint, the Attorney General, the state has now brought in Timothy Straker, Queen’s Counsel, Grey’s Inn, to do battle with our team of lawyers in the Appeal Court case. In addition to the millions of taxpayers dollars being paid to the approximately twenty lawyers who are fighting for the EMA, Alutrint, the NEC and the Attorney General, we now have to pay Mr Straker. More costs for the proposed smelter!
