it is good to see a blog addressing these issues. visuals after the smelter could carry more impact of what happens to the environmnet

The economics of an Alutrint smelter at LaBrea.
We the people, have many questions and concerns about the establishment of an aluminum smelter industry on our tiny island with its fragile eco-systems.
The smelter appears to be a planned disaster. Many of our fears can be grasped if we attach dollar values to the activities.
