The then CEO of the NEC ordered these actions…..
Mr Prakash Saith, the then Chief Executive Officer of NEC and brother of former Energy Minister Dr Lenny Saith, corporate business partner of Professor Ken Julien, ordered these actions against the university lecturers.

Dr.Kublalsingh is arrested by police
They stay on the steps outside the building but are physically thrown out of the compound and Kublalsingh is arrested by police.
